Why do so many young professionals want to get their start in the U.S.? Because in many ways the U.S. sets the standard for the hospitality industry around the world. These professional have grown up hearing about major U.S. brands like Hilton, Marriott and Hyatt. They are seeking fast-paced, diverse and demanding environments that will prepare them for anything and everything. Consider Clayton van Hooijdonk. His career began washing dishes at a small restaurant. When he approached us in 1999, he was a young apprentice chef. We got him a placement at the Intercontinental hotel in New Orleans and he was on his way. Now, Clayton is the Executive Chef at the Ritz Carlton Boston Commons. Success stories such as this allow us to attract the most talented candidates to fill your poistions.

Our signature Career USA programs offers employees for:

  • Rooms division
  • Food & beverage
  • Culinary arts

Most Career USA placements include a rotation through various departments. In rooms division for example, employees are prepared to work in the front office, guest services, and housekeeping. Food & beverage placements expect to gain experience in banquets, restaurants, bar and room service. The culinary placements will often work in various kitchen areas of top hotels or fine dining restaurants.

For Employers Worldwide
Many of our participants seek multiple placements, each one very different from the last. Our Worldwide placements offer our candidates a variety of job opportunities in exciting locations around the world, such as the United Kingdom, the Caribbean and the Middle East. Our aim is to offer them an opportunity at some of the finest hotels and resorts while gaining global experience. Consider Pascal Caubo. When he approached us, he was a housekeeping manager in Shanghai. We got him an opportunity at Hyatt Regency West Hollywood. Pascal now is the Executive Assistant Manager at the Intercontinental Hotel in Cairo, Egypt. Our employees know how to glean the most from their opportunities and  rise to the top.
