Most Career USA placements include a rotation through various departments. In rooms division for example, employees are prepared to work in the front office, guest services, and housekeeping. Food & beverage placements expect to gain experience in banquets, restaurants, bar and room service. The culinary placements will often work in various kitchen areas of top hotels or fine dining restaurants.
