Your students/graduates will be individually assisted by one of our very capable career consultants. We guide them step by step with the application- and interview procedure, J1 visa papers and we ensure that they end up with a career program at an employer that fit their profile and their personal wishes.
Our support service department in our USA office provides full support service before, during and upon completion of the career program.
What do we offer?
HRC offers students 12 months internships with an opportunity to enhance their skills through cross-training programs in Rooms Division, Food & Beverage or Culinary Arts. Students will be exposed to a real-life time working environment in an international surrounding.
HRC offers alumni/fresh grads a next career move of 12 or 18 months in the USA with a suitable next position in their desired field of development. On a daily basis we assist passionate hospitality professionals with a management position in the American hospitality industry.
