Last month, HRC international and MGM Grand Las Vegas teamed up for their annual recruitment event in London and Paris. During these days, passionate hospitality professionals from all over the world demonstrated their ambition and motivation during in-depth interviews with MGM executives at the prestigious 51 Buckingham Gate in London and Hôtel Le Meurice and the Four Seasons George V in Paris.

In addition to the highly desired Food and Beverage placements, interviews were also held for the huge and impressive Rooms Division department this time. The MGM Grand counts more than 5,000 rooms.

With the result that more candidates were hired than vacancies available, we can consider the event to be very successful. A few of the hired candidates are alumni of HRC now benefiting from a second J1 experience.

While most of the talent will start in December, the rest of the group will commence their assistant management training in January. We wish them a great time ahead!
