This month, two important partners from hrc international and the two leading hotel schools in the Netherlands both organized an internship- and career day. And of course hrc was there!

The hotel school Maastricht and the hotel school The Hague offered their students and recent grads the opportunity to get a solid orientation on potential employers.

For the Hotelschool Maastricht it was the first time they organized this day. Lots of students visited the stand between the several presentation rounds. The school takes care of internships in the USA themselves, but the students can do a career program in the USA after they have graduated. Currently 7 hotel school Maastricht alumni are in a hrc career program.

Since a few years the hotel school Maastricht attracts more international students, which gives a great variety in nationalities that visited the hrc stand. Maastricht is currently building a teaching hotel named Hotel Chateau Bethlehem. The hotel will be located in the charming little castle on the schools premises. Students have a chance to get a unique training there during their studies as from June 2010. This will make sure they are better prepared for their internships and professional life.

Also in the Hague there were quite some students interested in taking the opportunity of going abroad. HRC has been assisting the institute with programs, visa and so forth for their American internships for many years continues doing so with great enthusiasm. Two great days thanks to the hospitality of both schools!
