

Jonathan Haffmans (l), Senior Sous Chef at the New York Palace, New York and Raoul de Boer, Executive Chef at Beluga Nxt Door, the Netherlands met at Restaurant Chateau Neercanne in Maastricht.
Mr. Haffmans (HRC alumnus Hilton McLean, Virginia 2003) visited the Netherlands combining business and pleasure both vacationing and meeting with industry professionals. The New York Palace Hotel is part of the Dorchester Collection[1] and during his visit Jonathan will be visiting his counterparts at the legendary 5* Le Meurice and Hotel Plaza Athenée in Paris. HRC International is proud to be business partner with the exclusive New York Palace Hotel and is currently looking for a Sous Chef with high-end Arabic cuisine experience. Mr. de Boer is not unfamiliar with the Culinary top either. Now cooking at Beluga Nxt door, the hip and trendy sister property of the 2 star Michelin Beluga Restaurant in Maastricht has been preparing stunning dishes and masterpieces for the rich and famous during his HRC career program and the renowned Joel Restaurant in Atlanta in 2005 - 2006).
