Hospitality is Ruud’s middle name. While studying Hotel School and Commercial Management Ruud has continued to work in various restaurants and hotels, in different functions from bartender to sous-chef. After graduating he has organized the second largest hospitality fair in the Netherlands for five years. Now he is with HRC International to help you discover the Taste of Europe.
