I had such a wonderful journey in one of the best cities in the world, New York City. I have learned so many things that I can apply not only to my culinary career but in life as well. Before, I used to think that a year would be a long time but as the seasons passed by, I didn't notice it went by so fast. I am missing a lot of things in New York City, especially the life that I created there and the friends that I can call my second family.
