Host Company provides chefware/uniform but if the candidate has own knives, they should bring this.

The hotel can offer pick up at Newark Liberty Airport in New Jersey during normal business hours with advance notice. The hotel provides one staff meal per day at no cost. The host company can provide 14 days of housingat no cost. Accommodations within walking distance to the property is provided by the hotel- offered private housing for Housing offered- for $125-$150/wk. per room, shared bathrooms. per week

You may want to purchase a car, moped or bike upon your arrival. NYC is just 75 miles.
