Benefits
Attire is business/business casual. Uniforms will not be provided.
A meal is provided every day from 12-1 pm. There is a break room for employees.
While there is no vacation time, sick time will accrue every pay period.
Candidates will be picked up at the airport or they can take a cab or Uber and they will be reimbursed for the expense.
Candidates can stay up to 21 days on-site.
Public transportation is recommended; the hotel is located by Twinbrook Station.

Eligibility criteria for our Career USA programs:
- You are enrolled in a post secondary ministerially recognized academic institution in the hospitality industry OR have a hospitality degree and at least 1 year of recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside of the USA) OR have 5 years recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside the USA
- You have shown consistent career growth over the last years
- You have shown serious commitment to your most recent employers

Depending on the location of your housing, a car may not be necessary while living in D.C, where the metro access is quite convenient making travel around the city fairly easy. It is recommended that you get metro passes as soon as you can. It is also an option to live outside the city where the cost of living will be a bit less expensive.
