Assistant F&B Manager for luxury hot Miami property!
5 Diamond Award winning Miami Luxury Hotel is looking for an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager! Gain excellent experience and continue your F&B career growth at this phenomenal property. Fantastic opportunity for an outstanding candidate! Speaking Spanish is a plus.
Your phases of training are learned concurrently based off your strength while starting your training. As a J1 manager you will learn all 3 phases over the course of the 18 months.
A meal is provided.
The hotel will provide up to 2 weeks of accommodations with complimentary room and tax based upon occupancy.
The hotel will provide airport pick up from Miami International Airport if available. Please ask HR when discussing arrival.
As a Manager, you are required to bring your own suits.
After 1 year of service, you will accrue 80 hours of vacation.
The J1 candidate must have a international drivers license and be willing to purchase a car if you choose to live further out from the property.
Candidate must have at least 6mns prior luxury management hotel experience with at least 2 years of F&B experience.
Excellent English Communication Skills! Speaking Spanish a plus!
Housing & Transportation:
If you live downtown you won't need to purchase a car; you can buy a bike or moped (if wanted) or walk across on the beautiful bridge to get to the hotel. If you want to FL state drivers license, it would be best if you already have an international drivers license.
Housing near Brickell Key for students starts at $1,900 for a two bedroom with no utilities and comes unfurnished. With a shared place to live you will cut down your housing expense in half. Keep in mind you'd still need to set up your own utilities; power, water, gas, internet for a cost. We recommend you bring at least $3000 and more if you want to get a car or moped but a bike will suffice in Miami.
