This luxury 4* resort in Upstate New York is seeking a brilliant cook who is motivated to get all-around training at a historic hotel! Gain all-around experience in the kitchen! Train as a Demi Chef in Garde Manger, Sauce/Soup, Banquet, and Hotline!
Staff housing is offered.
On your days off, take a short drive up to Niagra Falls or visit the National Baseball Hall of Fame!

Uniform is offered but you will need to bring your own non slip shoes, belt, and knives.
A complimentary meal is provided per shift.Staff housing is provided at $500 month / $125 per week. This is a payroll deduction. There is a $250 refundable deposit if the house is left in good order. Private bedroom with Shared Bathroom and all Utilities included. Shuttle provided to go to the store in town, otherwise you can walk to the property. Closest airport: The property provides transportation pick up from Albany Airport.
