Housing & Transportation:
If you live downtown you won't need to purchase a car; you can buy a bike or moped (if wanted) or walk across on the beautiful bridge to get to the hotel. If you want to FL state driver's license, it would be best if you already have an international driver's license.
Housing near Brickell Key for students starts at $1,900 for a two-bedroom with no utilities and comes unfurnished. With a shared place to live you will cut down your housing expense in half. Keep in mind you'd still need to set up your own utilities; power, water, gas, internet for a cost. We recommend you bring at least $3000 and more if you want to get a car or moped but a bike will suffice in Miami.
