F&B Manager needed at French Miami Restaurant
Join this unique French bistro with amazing organic food to train in a unique opportunity to rotate through Human Resources, Purchasing & Receiving Manager, Marketing Business Development Manager, and Food and Beverage Assistant Manager. Miami district features Little Hait, Little Havana, South Beach, Surfside and many more areas to explore. Visit South Beach for it's shopping or authentic food options, visit Wynwood the hippest neighborhood with vibrant canvas walls, or visit Key Biscayne for its lush parks, brilliant blue waters and golden sandy beaches.
Candidate will be trained at this location and will have the opportunity to work at other La Petite Maison locations around the world.
So that the host company has enough time to book accommodations for you, please try to book a flight a week or more in advance so that they will know your arrival.
Salary: 45,000/ year based on 40-50 hours
Family meal is offered.
Needs to bring Non-slip black shoes.
After 6 months of service = 5 paid sick days (annual thereafter)
After 12 months of service = 10 paid vacation days
The restaurant might be able to assist with staff housing during the first 30 days at a cost. Please reach out to HR BEFORE you arrive to see the availability. The restaurant can offer the purchase of a return, one-way flight back home at the end of the program once completed in full without termination or resignation.
