F&B Supervisor Needed in New York! Train 2 hours from NYC!

Enhance your resume by joining this wonderful team at a 4 star hotel in upstate New York! You'll experience a farm-to-table style while serving in the resort's fantastic restaurant, Clay. Experience room service and train as a supervisor as well! This modern resort opened in October 2022 and is one of the Auberge Resorts Collection's newest properties. This is a trendy resort situated in the beautiful and historic Hudson Valley of upstate New York. While you will train and stay in the countryside, you will only be a short train ride into New York City! It is the best of both worlds!

The hotel can provide up to 1 week of housing complimentary.

Staff housing is offered with double occupancy with shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. Cost per month is $125 which will be withdrawed from your paycheck. A deposit may be required.

There is public transportation to and from the city via train.

Salary:

Server Evening Shift - $9.45 per hour plus gratuity
Server Day Shift - $13.00 per hour plus gratuity
It is customary in the U.S. to work in gratuity positions. In these positions, you will receive a base hourly salary plus gratuity (tips). While the amount of a gratuity is ultimately at the discretion of the guest, the customary tip is 15-20% of the total bill before tax. Based on history, you may expect to earn around $28.35 per hour on evening shift and $39.00 per hour on day shift.

Supervisor - $15.00 per hour plus gratuity.
It is customary in the U.S. to work in gratuity positions. In these positions, you will receive a base hourly salary plus gratuity (tips). Eligibility criteria for our Career USA programs:

- You are enrolled in a post secondary ministerially recognized academic institution in the hospitality industry OR have a hospitality degree and at least 1 year of recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside of the USA) OR have 5 years recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside the USA)

- You have shown consistent career growth over the last years

- You have shown serious commitment to your most recent employers

Transportation: to get to the Hudson Valley, you can get there by means of a train whether it be Amtrak, Metro-North, or New Jersey Transit. If you travel by car it can vary from which location you come from. The bus is available as well if you want a direct drop-off: amrak, mta, shortline bus.
