Our kitchen gardens change throughout the year, so what you see in the ground that morning just might be on your plate in the evening, hand-picked by our chefs to tempt you with the freshest tastes of the season. Additionally, our menus deliver a taste of Georgia at its best thanks to relationships with local farmers, foragers and producers for a menu that is truly inspired. Gain hands on training throughout the Restaurant and Banquet kitchens finishing with a Chef de partie!
Uniform will be provided.
Student housing is available at the cost of $200 a month for housing and a $200 deposit. Deposit may be refunded, if there is no damage to the staff housing. Deducted from payroll.
PTO accrues at 1.5 hours per bi-weekly paycheck after 60 days.
One meal provided per shift.
Try to arrive between Monday and Friday around the times of 11:00 am and 2:00 pm to avoid the Atlanta rush hour!
