As a J1 culinary candidate you will rotate throughout all the stations in the kitchens upon your performance. You will need to bring your own set of knives for your training. As well the candidate will need to bring their own black pants and non slip kitchen shoes.
After 90 days of employment you receive 3 personal days and accrue vacation days, 10 per year.
One meal per shift is provided complimentary and so are the uniforms.
