An employee meal and a uniform is provided. .
The hotel will provide up to 14 days of complimentary accommodations on site. No airport pick up is provided. After 14 days, it's the J1's responsibility to secure their own housing.
During the first 2 weeks in the positions of Host and Server candidate would not earn any tips, you will start earning them on week 3 in each role.
Outlets Server - $18.50 plus tips
It is customary in the US to work in “gratuity” positions. In these positions, you will receive a base hourly salary plus gratuity (tips). While the amount of a gratuity is ultimately at the discretion of the guest, the customary tip is 15-20% of the total bill before tax. Based on history, you may expect to earn around $30.00 per hour”.
