Placement Remarks
Salary: $15/hr
Supervisory position: $18
Benefits:
Uniforms will be offered for all hourly positions. One free meal per shift for all team members. Trainees will be eligible for the full Southall PTO policy which is under development but will have a minimum of 10 paid days off.
Trainees should fly into Nashville International Airport. The Host Company will either pick up or arrange transportation as needed.
The initial period will depend on the opening timeline and arrival of the Trainee. Once the resort is open, we the host company be able to accommodate the candidate for short-term housing.
There is limited public transportation, so a vehicle will be necessary for team members who live a distance from the property.

Located just 21 miles out of Nashville, Franklin is known for its vibrant music scene, lively festivals, and historic main street. It is the seventh-largest city in Tennessee with a population of nearly 70,000 people. Franklin is home to a handful of prestigious universities, several large corporations, and some prominent entertainment venues.
Housing in Franklin range from $1,200 - to $2,000 a month for a one-bedroom apartment, or shared would be $1000 or more.

The current team member housing option is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom house across the street from the farm. Due to the current tenant, we are limited to only female occupancy now. The monthly rate for the currently available rooms is $500/month with a shared bathroom. Rooms are single occupancy. Rent is paid directly to our Director of Finance each month with an initial deposit of one month’s rent that is refundable. Rent includes all utilities. The trainee will need to provide bedding, towels, and other household items. Laundry in the unit.
Transportation: There is limited public transportation, so a vehicle will be necessary for team members who live a distance from the property. Please see Franklin Transit, Nashville MTA, or other general transportation.
Local Attractions: You can visit Downtown Franklin, Lotz House Museum, Carnton Plantation, Country Music Hall of Fame, Andrew Jackson's Hermitage, Nashville Zoo, The Harpeth River State Park, or other attractions here.
