Detailed description
You will not want to miss out on this unique opportunity to train in the capital of the United States! One of the most historically significant cities in the U.S. there are plenty of museums, parks and monuments to explore! You'll rotate through the outlets and restaurants as a host, server and finally supervisor! Learn needed experience for the food and beverage industry!

Uniform will be provided and for non-uniform roles professional casual attire is required.
Complimentary meals are provided at employee cafeteria
Upon completion of your 12 month program you will accrue, 7 sick days and 2 weeks’ vacation.
Airport pick up will not be provided. We recommend them to fly into DCA or IAH. They can arrive to the hotel via uber, metro or taxi.
Before you book your flight contact Emilee to coordinate your housing on site and up to 10 days, based on occupancy levels.
Salary:
17.00 per hour
Salary
The hourly server rate is $5.05 plus gratuity. As a Host and Supervisor, your rate of pay will be $17.00 per hour.
It is customary in the to work in “gratuity” positions. In these positions, you will receive a base hourly salary plus gratuity (tips). While the amount of a gratuity is ultimately at the discretion of the guest, the customary tip is 15-20% of the total bill before tax. Based on history, you may expect to earn around $20.00 per hour”

World famous for its historical monuments and cultural landmarks, there are very few cities in The United States that compare in terms of the number of iconic places to see!
Transportation:
Depending on the location of your housing, a car may not be necessary while living in D.C. The D.C. metro access across the D.C. area is quite convenient making travel around the city fairly easy. It is recommended that you get metro passes as soon as you can once in D.C.
The metro is very reliable, which allows the option to live outside the city where the cost of living will be a bit less expensive. Visit WMATA and goDCgo to explore all of the sustainable transportation options!
