Train as a Chef de Partie in garde manger, hotline, fish station, and pastry at this 4-Star Boutique Hotel in the heart of Charlotte, NC!
On your time off, spend time riding roller coasters at local Carowinds amusement park, visit numerous museums, including the Carolina Aviation Museum, and even stop by the NASCAR Hall of Fame! There's a little something for everyone in the North Carolina's largest city!

Upon arrival at the airport, please take an Uber or taxi to the hotel. The hotel will provide up up to 14 days of accommodations on site. All other expenses are your responsibility.
If in the kitchen, bring your own knives and non slip shoes.

One meal per shift is provided.
