- Support in the planning, preparation and implementation of the daily, operational business, taking into account the hotel occupancy
- Supporting the individual post managers in the proper preparation of all meals
- Planning of stock levels based on optimal merchandise management, taking hotel occupancy into account
- Quality control of goods delivery, storage and their economical processing
- Control and optimization of work processes in consultation with the chef
- Staff management in the absence of the chef
- Assisting the chef in conducting the monthly food inventory
- Compliance with labor law and food hygiene regulations
- Ensuring HACCP measures in the entire kitchen area
- Instruction and training of young talents and subordinates
