Rate of Pay: $7.25/hr + tips (average $18-$30 on tips)
It is customary in the US to work in “gratuity” positions. In these positions, you will receive a base hourly salary plus gratuity (tips). While the amount of a gratuity is ultimately at the discretion of the guest, the customary tip is 15-20% of the total bill before tax. Based on history, you may expect to earn around $18-$30 per hour.
A meal and apron will be offered complimentary. The candidates will need to bring their own dark jeans, formal shirt, and non-slip shoes. see Employee Handbook upon arrival.
The property will house the candidate for up to two weeks so they can apply for their social security card and find their own housing; this is based on the properties occupancy upon your arrival. Pleas reach out to HR before booking your flight so they can arrange housing for you!

HRC also recommends that you purchase a vehicle, because Savannah has limited public transportation. The average cost for a reliable vehicle is around $3,000 USD.
Vehicles in the state of Georgia are required to be insured, please be sure to bring additional funds for this expense. By having a vehicle, you can have the option to live outside the city where the cost of living will be a bit less expensive.
