Upon completion of your 12-month program, you will accrue, 7 sick days and 2 weeks’ vacation.

Airport pick-up will not be provided. We recommend them to fly into DCA or IAH. They can arrive to the hotel via uber, metro or taxi.

The hourly server rate is $5.05 plus gratuity. As a Host and Supervisor, your rate of pay will be $17.00 per hour.

It is customary in the to work in “gratuity” positions. In these positions, you will receive a base hourly salary plus gratuity (tips). While the amount of a gratuity is ultimately at the discretion of the guest, the customary tip is 15-20% of the total bill before tax. Based on history, you may expect to earn around $20.00 per hour”.

World-famous for its historical monuments and cultural landmarks, there are very few cities in The United States that compare in terms of the number of iconic places to see! You can visit the Lincoln Memorial, The White House, and other attractions.

Depending on the location of your housing, a car may not be necessary while living in D.C, where the metro access is quite convenient making travel around the city fairly easy. It is recommended that you get metro passes as soon as you can. It is also an option to live outside the city where the cost of living will be a bit less expensive.
