New York Resort Seeks Outlets Supervisor!
The Hampton's only luxury retreat is seeking J1's to join their team to gain hands on work experience at a busy resort in Food and Beverage. The resort offers staff housing so you don't have to worry about securing housing. This area has so much to offer; The bluffs and beaches of Montauk State Park, home of the lighthouse, offer sightings of seabirds, harbor seals, dolphins, and even humpback whales. The state parks, beaches, and other places to visit make this pristine slice a sought-after tourist attraction.

After one year of employment, you will earn PTO up to 11 days.
It is best that you fly into JFK Airport and connect by train via Long Island Regional Rail or Hamptons Jitney to arrive at the property.
Employee housing is available from day one at a rate of $125-$150 per week depending on shared or private bathroom. Employees can pay cash or credit card, 3 people to a room, includes all utilities, cable and internet. Linens are provided as well. We have an employee shuttle that can get employees to and from work – it also passes through downtown.

It is customary in the US to work in “gratuity” positions. In these positions, you will receive a base hourly salary plus gratuity (tips). While the amount of a gratuity is ultimately at the discretion of the guest, the customary tip is 15-20% of the total bill before tax. Based on history, you may expect to earn around $ 30.00 per hour”.

Montauk is located on the east end of Long Island, providing a beautiful seaside getaway within The Hamptons. Transportation: An employee shuttle which passes through downtown is available for workdays. On days off you can venture about the island with a bike or travel to the city on The Long Island Railroad. The Long Island Railroad runs trains to the Hamptons from New York City via regular and express service. The regular Hamptons Coach Service trains make all station stops and reaches Westhampton in around two hours, terminating at Montauk after a three-hour ride.
