Rate of pay as a Server and Beverage MIT will be $15.00 per hour plus tips.

Training in Event Coordinator your rate of pay will be $15.00 no tips.

It is customary in the US to work in “gratuity” positions. In these positions, you will receive a base hourly salary plus gratuity (tips). While the amount of a gratuity is ultimately at the discretion of the guest, the customary tip is 15- 20% of the total bill before tax. Based on history, you may expect to earn around $30.00 per hour.

Family meal is provided twice per day at 12pm and 4:30pm. The cost is $2.75 per shift worked.

Uniform is provided at SAGA. Must bring your own attire of Crown Shy and Overstay. Andreas will advise.

You will accrue 1 hour of PTO for every 30 hours worked up to 80 hours max.

Sharing housing is recommended. Please note, that without established credit, your first and last month’s rent may be required as a deposit. We recommend you arrive with at least $3,000 as startup capital and to help secure housing.
