Benefits:

The Employer will provide you with a uniform to include, a chef's jacket, pants and hat. You can bring additional black pants, non-slip black shoes, and your own knives.
The restaurant is a 24 hours per day operation. Normal Business hours vary per day and it's open 365 days a year with a few U.S. holidays which they are closed.

**No housing is provided. You must secure your own accomodations prior to your arrival.
