Uniforms: We will supply the chef coat, pants, and aprons.
Candidates need to bring their own black hat, non-slip shoes and knives.
Family Meals – we provide family meals at two times per day and depending on shift worked: 10:30am, and 4pm (at some, late night 12am)
Personal time off or vacation during their 12months:
After the candidate past their 90 days, full time employees are eligible to use their accrued vacation hours (up to 10 days), 3 personal days, and 6 sick days.
Airport and housing: we don't offer airport pick up or accommodations. This must be secured by the candidate prior to their arrival. We suggest they arrive 2-3 days before their start date.
