Placement Remarks

​We provide coats and aprons, Chefs should provide their own black kitchen hat, black pants, and kitchen safe black shoes.

We offer staff meal and the charge is $3.25 per day when a meal is provided. This is taken out of the pay check.

Housing is provided by a local third party vendor at the cost of $450 per month plus utilities that average aprox. $75 per month. Deposit of $750 required. "Outstanding food, service and atmosphere. The pace of our dining was relaxed and we felt very catered to without being rushed. We stayed at the Inn that night and were the only guests. The breakfast in the morning was a perfect finishing touch. Will be back again for sure."

The Long Island Rail Road's Main Line is the sole line within the Town of Southold. Passengers can go to New York City via Mattituck, Southold and Greenport Stations. The line is also used by the Railroad Museum of Long Island.
