Train as a Chef de Partie in garde manager, hotline, fish station, and pastry at this 4-Star Boutique Hotel in the heart of Charlotte, NC!

On your time off, ride roller coasters at the local Carowinds amusement park, visit numerous museums, including the Carolina Aviation Museum, and even stop by the NASCAR Hall of Fame! There's a little something for everyone in North Carolina's largest city!

Upon arrival at the airport, please take an Uber or taxi to the hotel. The hotel will provide up to 14 days of accommodations on site. All other expenses are your responsibility.

If in the kitchen, bring your own knives and nonslip shoes.

No paid time off is offered during the 12 months.

Housing is provided for up to 2 weeks.

Eligibility criteria for our Career USA programs: - you are enrolled in a post secondary ministerially recognized academic institution in the hospitality industry OR - you have a hospitality degree and at least 1 year of recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside of the USA) OR - you have 5 years recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside the USA) - you have shown consistent career growth over the last years - you have shown serious commitment to your most recent employers

Located in uptown Charlotte, our hotel is blocks away from many dining, shopping, and entertainment options, and Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is just minutes away.

Visit local attractions such as the North Carolina Blumenthal Performing Arts Center, Discovery Place, and Charlotte Aquatic Center. Sports fans will appreciate our proximity to the NASCAR Hall of Fame, the Carolina Panthers Bank of America Stadium, and the Charlotte Hornets’ Time Warner Cable Arena.

You can expect to find housing between $850 for a one-bedroom outside the downtown location however you will need to purchase a car for transportation.

And the main station is about 2 blocks away, as well as the train stop. The train runs from the city to the south end (partial) and it is about 3 blocks away.
