Offer flight reimbursement with a copy of their receipt up to a maximum of $1,000.
The hotel will try to house you for the first 2 weeks on property or at a sister Hilton Hotel but based on occupancy. It is your own responsibility to secure housing. You are responsible for securing your own transportation as well as there is no local transportation in the area.
You will have the opportunity to train at both Hilton properties which sit directly next to each other since they share banquet and event space which applies to both F&B and culinary positions.
You must bring your own knives.

Requirements
Eligibility criteria for our Career USA programs:
- You are enrolled in a post secondary ministerially recognized academic institution in the hospitality industry OR have a hospitality degree and at least 1 year of recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside of the USA) OR have 5 years recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside the USA
- You have shown consistent career growth over the last years
- You have shown serious commitment to your most recent employers

Housing:
The average monthly rent for an apartment averages around $1,600 depending on location and amenities. It is recommended to share housing if available. Transportation: While Orlando does have public transportation it does help to have a car. The average monthly ticket cost for public transportation is around $50.00 ( Lynx – Public Bus). Other local transport will be found here. If purchasing a vehicle, a down payment will be required along with vehicle insurance (charged monthly and can be expected to cost around $150 per month) and an international driver's license. HRC recommends bringing at least $2,000 additional start-up capital due to mentioned vehicle issues.
