New Orleans has so much to offer, so don't miss the chance of training as a Chef de Partie in this great city! Train in Hotline, Entremetier as a Demi Chef, and then become a Garde Manger Chef de Partie!
On your days off visit the many historical Museums, such as the Voodoo Museum or the National WWII Museum. Take a trip to the Audubon Butterfly Garden and Insectarium, the French Quarter, or simply take a tour around town!

You will begin to accrue PTO as soon as you start but will not be able to use it until after 90 days.
The hotel does not provide pick up from the airport. Suggested to use public transit or Uber/Lyft.
The hotel will provide complimentary housing in the hotel upon arrival based upon occupancy and provide an apartment with roommates for the cost of $500 per month.
