- All commis related activities such as; preparing dishes, working and keeping your work are clean, etc.
- The timely passing on of food and other stock supplements that to be ordered to the Chef;
- Co-receiving, checking and storing ordered food and other items;
- Monitoring the responsible use of raw materials and the efficiency of kitchen production to be achieved; co-monitoring the implementation quality of the work
- And eventually: (Co) responsible for coordinating work in the cold kitchen; co-directing employees / apprentices / trainees in the absence of Chef / Sous...
Between € 1.500,- and € 2.200,- per month, based on age and experience
• Vocational working level;
• Relevant work experience in a comparable organization (higher segment);
• Shows initiative managerial;
• Organizational and planning capacity;
• A guest-oriented mindset;
• Speaks English adequately, Dutch is a plus!;
• Able to work independently as well as in a team;
