As a Food & Beverage Manager, you are responsible for managing operations of all Food & Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience. The Food & Beverage Manager would also be required to manage, train, and develop Team Members and work within all budgeted guidelines. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Maintain exceptional levels of guest service
Ensure compliance of brand standards
Recruit, manage, train and develop the Food & Beverage team
Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food, Liquor Costs and Payroll
Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
Develop menus with other members of Food & Beverage team
Accountable for monthly stock takes
Incentivize Team Members to maximize sales and revenue

Salary

Around € 3500,- depends on your experience, education and skills.

Requirements

EU nationals only due to visa regulations

A key team player within the Management Team who thinks outside the box, with a creative and innovative approach
Experience with managing of stand-alone restaurants and extensive banquet operation

A few years’ general supervisory/management experience in Food & Beverage departments of five star hotels
Local Food & Beverage knowledge
Outstanding organizational, planning and communication skills
Able to manage/deal with different/strong personalities
Fluent Dutch and English
Excellent grooming standards
Experience with budgeting, forecasting and maximizing productivity
Advice on price strategy
Computer skills e.g. Micros, Microsoft Office
Focus on and knowledge of internal and external marketing
Knowledge about the Italian language, culture and food is a plus
