Independent cook for high-end Resto-Bar in the heart of the culinary capital of the Netherlands






Detailed description

The Job:
Enthusiastic independent working cook with product knowledge and able to work efficiently and hygienic:
• Professional, welcoming and enthusiastic colleagues
• Full time employment (32 or 38 hours)
• Alternating work days (day- and evening shifts)
• Alternating weekends off!

The responsibilities:
• Preparing dishes following recipes
• Developing garnishes
• Mise en Place
• Check storage and stock
• Labeling and storing in accordance with H&S procedures
• Maintaining food safety and –quality
• Cleaning and working according to HACCP regulations


Competitive salary of around € 2250,- gross per month (depending on experience)


The Candidate:
Does everything in their power to indulge their guests and offer them an amazing culinary experience
• Representative and professional appearance
• Guest oriented
• Strong social skills
• Practical knowledge of food and beverages
• Always on the lookout for new experiences that can be offered to the guests
• Understanding of guest- and concept experience
• Knows their way around restaurant software
• Speaks Dutch and/or English fluently
• Has at least one year of culinary experience on a comparable level
