We are clear about the way we work: no upfront fees, a spread-out payment plan and a dedicated career consultant. Clear processes and quick communication: that’s the way we like it. We’ve been doing this for nearly thirty years, so we know how to make this adventure amazing for you.
Once we start this awesome experience together, your life will never be the same. We believe in love for hospitality and those butterflies in your stomach that make you want to work faster, harder and better. All day, every day. With great enthusiasm, we will guide you all the way to your first day of work.
Regardless of where you would like to go and what level of experience you have, we’d like to get to know you a bit better. Therefore we will start with an informal introduction call. During this short intro call we will discuss your ambitions and expectations and the opportunities we have available. At the same time we will be able to answer any questions that you might have for us!
For all positions, we’ll walk you through everything you need to know, step by step.
Step 1) Apply on our website
Have you already found a vacancy that you like? Apply straight away! Simply click on the hospitality jobs link, select one of the exciting jobs and if you like what you read just hit the Apply button on the right hand side of the screen.

Step 2) Introduction call
Did you know that at HRC you have your own dedicated career consultant? One go-to person so that you don't need to provide the same information twice. This personal career coach will contact you as soon as you have registered to learn more about your wishes and expectations.
Step 3) Review the offer we just sent you!
Whaaaat? You are already sending me an offer after the first interview? Yup - after carefully having listened to your wishes we are now ready to send you an offer to consider.
Step 4) Sign the offer and collect all documents
Hopefully we have nailed it and you are super excited about the offer we just sent you. This is the time to accept the offer and to start collecting all relevant documents.
Step 5) Complete the TalentPitch
For many positions, HRC International has developed a fun, innovative way for us to get to know each other even better. Talent Pitch is our unique application experience that provides you with lots of important info. Along the way, we have some questions for you and you also get to play some job games.
Step 6) Coaching call with your career consultant
In order to increase the chances of success of getting hired, we schedule a coaching call with you to adequately prepare you for your interview with the employer. Of course we will share some tips and tricks with you.
Step 7) Interview with the employer
Now that you have submitted all documents and we have adequately prepared you, you are ready for one or more interviews with your potential host employer.
Step 8) You are hired!
Yippppeeee! Awesome news, we can now start with the onboarding process, visa application procedure and you can start planning your relocation. For the USA, now is the time to make your initial payment.
Step 9) Prepare and go to the consulate to pick up your visa
A few weeks after you have been hired you will receive your visa documents electronically. With these papers you go to the consulate. Of course we will prepare you for this important appointment.
Step 10) Book your ticket and fly!
Tadaaaa! Visa in da pocket and off you go! You have coordinated your arrival date with the hotel, hugged your loved ones back home, booked your first class airline ticket and you're set to kick-start your life changing experience.
