My first week in SF and at work was amazing!! I had time to discover the city a bit and it is really fascinating. We had a meeting with the team, or the family as we call it in the restaurant. It was also great. Having the chance to work in person with Chef Eric Upper is a great pleasure for me; I believe that there are limitless things for me to learn from him, the restaurant and its sector in here. Once again I would like to thank you for giving me this opportunity; I believe that this will be really a life-changing experience for me.
