Monica Bilba

At a crossroads between two of her passions, marketing and the hospitality industry, Monica could not ever have envisioned a better place to conduct her Graduation Assignment. She came to the Netherlands for her Bachelor's degree in International Marketing, having specialised in the hospitality industry within an Exchange program in her home country, Romania, and event management during an internship in the beautiful European capital, Brussels. She is truly an internationally-, multiculturally- interested person, having travelled throughout the European continent, always having aimed at getting to know people from diverse cultures of the world. At the end of the day, a greater purpose behind her work, and knowing that she can contribute to people's careers in such extraordinary ways, is all the motivation she could hope for in order to go the extra mile in best connecting HRC to the digital medium.
