Rate of Pay:
$60-65,000 per year + quarterly bonuses
Benefits:
80 hours of vacation after 1 year of service.
The hotel will provide accommodations for 10 days upon candidate's arrival.
The closest international airport is Dulles International airport. Transportation from airport to hotel can be arranged with the hotel upon arrival.

Eligibility criteria for our Career USA programs:
• You are enrolled in a post secondary ministerially recognized academic institution in the hospitality industry OR have a hospitality degree and at least 1 year of recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside of the USA) OR have 5 years recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside the USA)
• You have shown consistent career growth over the last years
• You have shown serious commitment to your most recent employers

Housing:
Located in the Washington DC Metro area, Arlington can be moderately expensive. A studio apartment can start around $1,400+ per month, unfurnished. HRC recommends that you consider rooming with another J1 or local to share the cost of living. The metro is very reliable, which allows the option to live outside the city where the cost of living will be a bit less expensive. Please note, without established credit, a deposit of the first and last month’s rent may be required. HRC recommends you bring at least $3,000 as start-up capital to help secure housing.
