Gain amazing hands-on working experience at this Farm-to-Table luxury property serving only the best that the ocean and land have to offer! Train as a demi chef in garde manger, hotline, and entremetier before training as a restaurant chef de parties!
Just a short walk to the ocean and many activities to see and do in the area will keep you busy on your days off.

Beneifts:
Complimentary housing available based on availability up to 1 week.
Uniform provided and a meal is provided.
Staff housing is provided at $175 per week.
Chefs need to bring their own knives.

Eligibility criteria for our Career USA programs:
- You are enrolled in a post secondary ministerially recognized academic institution in the hospitality industry OR have a hospitality degree and at least 1 year of recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside of the USA) OR have 5 years recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside the USA
- You have shown consistent career growth over the last years
- You have shown serious commitment to your most recent employers
